The orders you have placed in the "Immediate Delivery" and "Daily Style" categories on https://www.deepatelier.com will be delivered to our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Cargo within 2 working days to be sent to your registered delivery address after order confirmation. Do not forget to check your delivery address to avoid any mistakes.
(As a Pre-Order, the products you purchase from all other categories will be delivered to the courier company to be sent to you within 8-15 working days.)
EXCEPT IMMEDIATE DELIVERY and DAILY STYLE CATEGORY, THERE ARE NO REFUND ON ITEMS PURCHASED AS A PRE-ORDER, THE MODEL AND SIZE ARE EXCHANGED.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

You can make your change request for the product/products you have purchased within 3 working days from the date you receive your order.
In order for you to be able to change the product/products you have purchased, first of all, after your order reaches you; If you want to make an exchange, you must inform us and ship it within 3 working days. (You can ship with Yurtiçi Cargo, our contracted cargo company.) Thus, if the product you want for exchange is available in our stock, we can reserve it for you or pass your order. For exchange, you can contact us via whatsapp line or e-mail.
The product must be returned with its original box/packaging and label. (Exchange and return of products that are stained, torn, ripped, whose zipper is broken due to the customer's force, and which have any odor on them are not accepted.)
If the product or products you want to exchange are in stock, the product or products you send back for exchange will be shipped to you as soon as possible after the conformity of the exchange conditions is confirmed.
INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
There are no refunds for orders placed outside of Turkey. The size or model can be changed, provided that the shipping costs of the product or products belong to you.
